About Us – Moving Boxes

We are a local BC moving box company catering to communities throughout Vancouver, Surrey, Abbotsford areas, and all cities in-between. Our home and office moving boxes and moving services is a popular alternative to cardboard boxes, and an eco-friendly moving box service that’s affordable and local.

We all know the challenges and stresses home owners face when moving to a new location, and the pressures on commercial businesses to employ environmental sustainability initiatives within their daily operations. This is how we came to be by offering environmentally friendly, re-usable, plastic moving boxes, containers and the variety of moving supplies. We offer a drop off/pick up depot, or a home / office delivery services. Our green moving box services is a great alternative to cardboard boxes, and does your part to make a positive impact on the local environment.

The fact that you have come this far indicates that you are about to undertake a residential home move sometime soon. We should mention that we are not a moving company, in fact we hate to move which is how this all got started in the first place.

Having grown up with the frequent moves which accompany an Armed Forces family, what didn't fit in the Government issued steamer trunks usually got left behind. We basically got started in this business out of frustration. After several moves we realized that the days of simply getting cardboard boxes from the corner grocer were dwindling (see the great box hunt section).

Frustrated with frequently unpacking broken items, we undertook the expensive process of buying plastic bins only to end up stacking them in the corner of our garage when finished. After lending the re-usable plastic boxes and containers out to friends and co-workers we were convinced to eventually rent the moving boxes out periodically.

It should be noted that the idea of reusable boxes, containers and crates has been the norm in Europe for decades. In our research we have found several established companies in the United States as well as smaller local companies which serve a similar purpose.

Ideally located to service the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. We maintain an inventory of approximately 1,000 moving boxes and crates, bins, and dollies as well as other supplies. It was important to us that our primary product line be manufactured in Canada.

Our aim is to maintain a small operation in the Family Business tradition. Rest assured that when speaking with the Customer Services representative over the phone, e-mail, or even the delivery driver that you are dealing with the owners. In the event that you're not satisfied or have a concern the buck stops with one call.

Rest assured that you will not be calling an out of Province national 1-800 call center or annoying voicemail menu prompts. The service that we provide is as important as our product. Sure it can get a little hectic but we have found that this affords us the peace of mind knowing that we have offered you the best service available.
